A glossary of the most important e-commerce terms. Part One A few days ago I had an interesting conversation with a potential customer of my store. It was a young woman who bombarded me with questions. Furthermore, in the first sentence, she emphasized that she was a layperson on the topic and was counting on my help. This is a small digression - I don't in any way want it to sound like I'm discriminating against the fair gender in the field.
